Located in Clearwater, Florida NPE is one of the largest clearing houses in the United States, offering one of the most extensive selections of magazines, with the best prices you will find anywhere. What is the ABC and why would I be audited? The Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) is a not-for-profit organization responsible for establishing how audits are conducted in our industry and how Publishers report their circulation figures. You are required to maintain information for each magazine you sell and process through NPE. Please reference this material to make certain you are capturing this information What methods can I use to send NPE my orders? Once your agency application has been approved orders can be data entered or a file uploaded to our website www.npemags.com , emailed to us at npeorders@npemags.com, or sent hard copy to National Publishers Exchange Can I submit renewal orders to NPE? Yes, but you must make sure the subscriber’s name and address is entered exactly as it appears on the magazine label. Orders cannot be changed to renewals after they have been sent to the publishers. What kinds of orders does NPE accept? We accept Consumer, Trade or Public Place, Library, Student/Educator and Online orders. The specific criteria needed to make these types of orders will be provided to you in your initial packet of materials. Do you need to receive a copy of my subscription offer? Yes, NPE must review your subscription offer and approve any mail pieces being sent by an agent to solicit magazine orders. Can I offer/sell magazines on EBay? No. You can sell most magazines Online through your own web sites, however we do not accept orders sold on EBay. Please see your price list for magazines not available for sale over the internet. How often will I receive a statement from NPE? Each month you will receive a statement showing your weekly orders processed, payments applied to your account, and any bonus credits earned from your orders. |
